Return Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for products purchased on luxhome.ae. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
• Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Sale or clearance items.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at basel@baselfze.com or +971 58 113 2143. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new item during the return process. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping fees for defective products.
